PR Info and Disclosure Policy

This is a PR friendly blog. I would love to review your product or host reader giveaways for related products and companies. (If you give me a choice, I will most usually choose a giveaway)

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions about this blog, or for further PR inquiries, please contact me via email using the button below.

This blog does not usually accept cash advertising, sponsorship, or paid topic insertions. However, we do accept free products, services, travel, event tickets, and other forms of compensation from companies and organizations. We will also giveaway gift cards, or other cash-"like" prizes to readers as part of a promotion.

This blog abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. The products received may influence the topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content.

The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the blog owners. If we claim or appear to be experts on a certain topic or product or service area, we will only endorse products or services that we believe, based on our expertise, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

The only exception to the "no-cash" rule is I will have a "kick-back" section in my sidebar, and may link to these sites on appropriate posts from time to time. This relates to all those sites where I might receive a "kick-back" if you sign up for it and make purchases from the site. Examples include Gilt, RuLaLa etc. If you are interested in the specific policies of any these sites, please check directly with the website in question.

This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.

I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”
