Blue Screen of Death!!

Hey everyone! Horrible news for me...I got the Blue Screen of Death yesterday when starting up. I am on the "old" laptop now, but it doesn't have a card reader (LOL) on it. Starting tommorow, photos will have to be from the Blackberry, until I can find that cursed Windows disk. When we moved here, we downsized and I lost my office, and the whole rooom is just sitting in boxes right now. Sigh. Weekend project - find Windows Recovery Disk and/or my USB cord for the camera. Wish me luck!!

Weekend Shopping and Other Notes!

So, did anyone do some damage this weekend? There was a lot going on out there!

Today was the final day for Loft's 30% off, and in my store they were taking it AND the 40% off clearance on markdowns! Can you believe it? And I couldn't find a single thing I wanted. My end of the sizing spectrum was pretty well cleaned out.

Talbots had a bunch of stuff marked down, and then an additional 20% coupon. I did buy a few things there, not the majorly cheap deals I find sometimes, but its stuff I had my eye on and is not going to be around long enough to wait. This skirt is only left in-store, and is much more beautiful in real life. I am sure you will see it on me soon.


This jacket is in-store only as well, and was really limited there. It set me back a cool $30.

In my local Target store, they dropped the Liberty of London prices on all of the clothing, I picked up a super cute dress, which I never would have glanced at online, but was so cute in the store, and fit like a glove!

Oh - speaking of Target, I got my May InStyle magazine in the mail last week, and towards the front, (I think around page 50) there is a Target fold out ad, check it out, because there is a 20% off coupon for any Merona item inside.

OOTD 4.22.10 - Navy Jacket and Pencil Skirt

This is more or less one of the outfits I tried on in the Loft back in March. I didn't bother with the c-thru Loft tee, though. :-)

I really love this jacket - its marked down to $79.99 - my local store still has redlines at 40% off today, but if yours does not, you can use the 30% off friends and family sale. They have 16 and 18 in a nice khaki color online still.

On another note, I am sitting here watching the Project Runway Finale, and have wanted items from both of the men's collections. But Mila's collection looks fresh out of NY and Company. Not what I would expect on the finale.

OOTD Tuesday 04.20.10 Like pajamas, but a skirt...

Ahhh, this outfit is sooo comfy. I love feeling like I am in pajamas all day. :-)

Lets see, this blouse (closeup at the bottom) is from the Loft, but no longer online - I grabbed it during last weeks 40% off sale. Love it!! There were plenty still in my store, even this weekend when I went back! Its a great pattern - I tried it on in dress form earlier this spring, and loved the pattern, but not the dress so much. Luckily, they gave me another option. :-)

This skirt is super comfy. I actually went ahead and bought it a couple of other colors during a recent sale. Its a little mushy/wrinkly after sitting all day, but its really lovely.

Oh, and this jacket is one of my new faves from the Loft, its currently on clearance in very small sizes, but I am sure your local store probably has plenty, it was not out very long before going on sale.

Hah, sorry to ramble on, but I do love the clothes. :-)

OOTD Monday 4.19.10 - Sailcloth Jacket

Hey everyone! This is my new lovely from the Loft. Its the Sailcloth 4 Pocket Jacket. For some reason, this color is not currently online. I saw this bluish color a couple of weeks ago in Raleigh, and it stuck in my head for 2 weeks. I saw it in Petites this past weekend at my local store, and they had a few regular sizes in the back. The color is really lovely, I would call it "storm" if I were to name it.

OOTD Sunday 4.18.10

I wore this out Sunday afternoon - we went for a drive and to the lake etc. It was nice. I love this belt, I found it at my local Loft recently when they dropped the prices to the 25% off. I prefer belts that do not have notches in them, but just let you put the prong through the woven leather. otherwise I would have belts in 3 different sizes for the 3 places I wear my belts LOL.

No "bee girl", but here is some Melon! :-)

Today I have my work outfit, and then my "remix" for after hours LOL. Its as creative as usual. (I changed bottoms) :-P

OOTD - 04.06.2010

Hey everyone!! I am sooo happy to wear my spring clothes!! No sweaters..erm haha ok, no long sleeve sweaters, no tights, no frowny winter face! Yay for the 90s!!! Oh, and I posted what I changed into again for evening errands/running around. You wouldn't laugh at your bloggy pal if she isn't too creative at night would ya?
