Fashion Bug has their ballet flats marked down to $9 through next Tuesday. I know lots of people put there don't mind a cheapo flat, and this may be just the thing! :-) There are no coupon codes that will combine with this item, but still a decent deal.
oh, and they're super cute. if they're cute, I don't mind if they're cheap, because for some reason my spring/summer items take a lot more wear and tear than fall/winter items and I need to replace them yearly.
