This weekend I went to say goodbye to my "friends" at my Talbot's store in Brandon, FL - really the best customer service I have ever had at a store. Friendly, helpful, genuine. I will miss those ladies - they made shopping more fun.
Anyways, here are my weekend shopping notes:
Ann Taylor Loft continues with the $9.88 and $14.88 markdowns - I added a cute vest that looked great with everything I tried on - picked up in black. Also just a cute top with a crocheted neckline in black. Both were $9.88. The coral top was still regular price - but it was too cute to pass up - and since they continuously mail out 20% off full price coupons, it was a good deal too.
Talbots - Having their summer sale. Some excellent markdowns on all kinds of items. I added two tops that were on my wish list for awhile. I cannot do a $39 t-shirt, but $20 is okay - if it looks really good on. I love the black top with the bead details which go all the way around the neck - they look like mother of pearl beads. Also, free shipping on any size order online.
There were some great sales out there this weekend. Especially for guys. I hit Hollister and Abercrombie.

ReplyDeleteSher - my daughter loves those stores, although with her long torso, I find that the Hollister shirts are much better for her than the Abercrombie. I really didnt mean to even shop, I was returning a shirt, and you know how that can go...
